Refund and Returns Policy

At Sparkloot, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with a product you purchased, we’re here to help with easy returns and hassle-free refunds.


🛍️ Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: You can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Condition: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags, labels, and packaging intact.

🔁 Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Go to “My Orders” → Select Item → Tap “Request Return”
    Or contact us at contact@sparkloot.shop with your Order ID and reason.
  2. Pickup/Drop: We will schedule a free reverse pickup from your address. In some cases, you may be asked to self-ship.
  3. Product Verification: Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we’ll process your refund.

💸 Refund Policy

Refunds are credited after successful inspection of the returned product:

  • Payment Method Refund Time:
    • UPI/Wallets: 2–3 business days
    • Credit/Debit Cards: 5–7 business days
    • Net Banking: 3–5 business days
    • COD Orders: Refund to bank account or Sparkloot wallet (as per your choice)

Note: Refund timelines may vary slightly based on your bank or payment provider.


🔄 Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer product exchanges. You can return the item and place a new order separately.

  • Returns may be rejected if the item is found used, damaged, or tampered with.
  • Repeated or excessive return requests may be flagged and restricted for abuse prevention.
  • Keep your return tracking number safe (if self-shipping).
